fantastic armor. ONLY finger I can put on it, and thats not because I can do any better, say even close enough, is the face. The face looks ready odd.... and blue... but thats maby on purpose?

NSA, you are more in the spot than you think ;-) He is an old project for an especial character, and he is most of the time in a stasis chamber, with only the brain working and connected to a big surveillance network, when things go wrong he "awake" and goes to action... so yes, he is like a zombi in some senses. Anyway, the face is not really so pale in the original.

Um, Uriel looks... zombified. He must be one of those new-style " fast zombies" because he's at a full gallop here...

This is really something else! My only criticism is (in the pictures that are posted here) there is just too much to look at. I would love to see this in the flesh! Superb work.

Thanks for the comment! About the metalics: No inks, I don't even have them... Is a lot of metallics, black in the base (but white primer), then Tin Bitz, and Brass, and Bronze, and Shinning Gold and in the end Burnished Gold, lots and lots of coats and mixing. I'm of the opinion that the only problem with the metallic paints is that people don't have any idea of how to use them properly! A base and drybrushing is not enough.

This is worthy of a 10 as you have viewed the large scale figure as a canvas (which I think more people should do, all those flat armour plates) yet in my opinion it has not gone over the top (which could be very easy to do with this kind of scheme). I would imagine this is because the antique gold colour is very refined and the shading for this is a warm dark brown (possibly metallic I can't tell from this maybe a brown ink) eliminating the harsh look that a lot of metallic painting has. In my opinion the face is excellent and the tatto has really enhanced the rugged potential of this sculpt (sometimes too soft looking in my opinion). The sword also looks stunning....great work!
